1. Poor pay 2. Lack of transparency 3. Poor management 4. Bullying 5. Discrimination 6. Lack of promotion or prospects 7. Unreasonable work load 8. Stressful 9. No training 10. Bullying It was the worse place I've ever worked. Hated every minute of it. Senior management are lazy and the bullying allowed to happen there is shocking. Not a place to work if you are not mentally strong.
