Good work life balance, PTO, and a laid back environment. The job role itself was relatively easy.

No benefits aside from PTO. Unprofessional management, no opportunities to move up in the company. Major favoritism.

Remote work. Decent pay structure. Great product.

The job was not at all what was communicated in the interview. The management discouraged questions during the training process and you were deducted points for not getting it on the first explanation, which was hastily put together as they had not been prepared to train new employees. Antiquated tracking procedure in Wordpress. I was let go quickly during the elimination process, despite getting a sale in my second week for asking too many questions and not logging numbers properly (my question hadn't been answered on logging).
