I've admired how Generation has stuck to its values, even when it would be easy to follow the pack. The people that work here are brilliant and deeply mission aligned - hard to imagine doing this work anywhere else

Firm has grown a lot recently - sometimes hard to find a sense of belonging and connection with other people, especially outside your team.

This is a great place to work
