I’m not sure where to start. The culture here is extremely toxic and piggybacky. Micromanaging even the simplest of tasks, for no reason. Fake title bumps for no reason. The environment the founders create in order to get their employees to get on their hands and knees for them is insane. It’s even more insane watching your colleagues fall for it and constantly bend over backwards even at the most ridiculous and unfair requests, just to cry and complain about it later. I did not meet anyone that was truly happy working here. It is also a revolving door, people constantly being fired at random, being constantly upping and quitting at random as well. Toxic toxic toxic toxic toxic no pro’s, all cons
