It's a challenging environment. You're always doing something new and interesting, and I learned a ton while I was there. The technology they use is really impressive. The time off policy is very generous, and they're generally flexible when you need to be out.
Svantaggi
The owner runs hot and cold. One month he thinks you walk on water, and the next he's threatening to fire you. Salaries are well below industry average, and raises are few and far between. They do give bonuses occasionally, and management always points that out when asked for a raise, but they don't seem to understand that infrequent bonuses are not the same as a regular bump in income.
