As a highly distributed company that is growing fast , Generation-e people are encouraged to work independently and there is really only measurement of output not activity. This does not work for all employees - particularly those that cannot stay focussed on the task at hand and need micro management. If you are confident, self motivated and mature in your approach or someone younger looking to accelerate their career, Generation-e is an ideal fit but don't expect to come and put your feet up and be told exactly what to do at each step.
