Very few people care to help anyone. Patients and families are routinely ignored (when you can find a staff member, who will then act like they don't see anyone or anything). No one gets in trouble when they do something wrong, management has no clue about what goes on out on the floor because they NEVER come out of their offices. Staff hides in the bathrooms or behind curtains in patient's rooms so they don't answer call lights. A staff member will turn off the call light and then leave. Everyone is shouting in foreign languages when they are supposed to be speaking English. They do not give raises, forget that. Understaffed nurses. Most staff has a bad attitude. This place has really gone downhill in the last 3 years.
