      Solid work, great pay and benefits, pay for ALL travel expenses and a very large company with many different operations. 401k match and profit Sharing. Marine/offshore transportation, trucking transportation, rail ways, refinery and pipe lines. 4 weeks on/off gives you lot of free time to do what you want.

      You will miss lots of holidays and events due to the nature of the rotation schedule which was 3on/3off and became 4on/4 off which is a LONG time to be on board ANY vessel.

      Flexibility is the only thing that keeps people employed here, because there’s definitely no room for growth, no structure, and lacks any type of organization.

      Upper management gets away with retaliation against employees, embezzlement, and gross mismanagement. They have no clue how to manage a boat company. It’s a constant CIRCUS and somebody is going to end up getting killed in the fleet if this company continues to be “managed” like it is. Go elsewhere. WAKE UP, HR and protect Genesis Energy from the executives at Genesis Marine. It’s a sinking ship.
