There’s not much to say in reference to pros for working for a this company. They will pay you a generous salary but that comes at a high cost of your sanity and well being.

There’s plenty of cons in reference to Genesiscare. Many of the former 21C employees believed that Genesiscare, taking over would provide opportunities, advancement, growth, and structure. It has been nothing but chaos and a very toxic work environment starting with leadership down to the offices. Many physicians have left to go rise where after tests of service with 21c. They do not treat their specialty offices as they do radiation oncology. They are all about volumes and spreadsheets!! They base all their numbers on cancer patients even though they provide other services. The leadership turnaround averages every few months and has someone else leaving from the top, bringing in leadership that do not understand healthcare, nor insurances in the USA. Leadership is not trustworthy. They promote corrupt and bad behavior. They brought in many employees from Australia and other areas of Europe and they want to treat America as if it’s the same and it’s not. The dictatorship and control is unbelievable. Human resources is a total joke. They will never side with you or support you . They take the easier way out and agree with dishonest and backstabbing leadership! They will always do what leader ship wants without question. They promote from within only if you can add and contribute to the toxic work environment. They do not value their physicians nor their staff. Lay offs happen more often than none. The list can go on and on. Be prepared to work countless hours and not be reimbursed for such. They are currently in over $2 billion in debt probably facing another bankruptcy. CEO is no longer affiliated with the company due to money problems. Google Genesiscare and the CEO and you’ll see the negative news. This place has no training, no accountability and they will provide you with no resources or support. They throw you right in and expect you to be at the best without providing any guidance., support, training, and resources. It doesn’t matter what position you are in from clinical to clerical to leader ship, you will be abused, miss treated, and not respected . Leadership talks poorly about other employees and welcomes gossip!! The leaders are very friendly amongst each other but not with staff. Lots of hypocrisy and two face behavior. . You are either in or out. They have outsourced their billing and they have outsourced their IT. They have laid off hundreds of employees all to save a dollar. If you value time, well-being, and mental health, this isn’t the place for you. If you respect yourself in the workplace and have work ethic and morals, this isn’t the place for you. Believe the bad reviews!!!
