Genesys is filled with some of the brightest and most experienced people in the industry. They are able to accomplish projects that no other company in the market can. There is a very good corporate culture in which management listens to the problems from the field and tries to fix them. The employees generally have a "can do" attitude and get the things done which are often heroic. The product set is growing rapidly and the company is back to healthy levels of growth and profitability. The company promotes from within and it is a great company to grow in (although it might take some time for this to happen as people tend to stay in their posts for a long time).

Genesys is still shaking off the chains of it's 12 year ownership by Alcatel, during which Alcatel made profit taking a higher priority than innovation and growth. Under Primera, innovation and growth are back in a big way, and there is a lot of change happening quickly now. This is a good thing, but there are a lot of adjustments happening at once and the change can sometimes feel chaotic.
