Poor C level suite and Senior management. They have no idea what companies they own as a large conglomerate and how they contribute to the larger organization. The penny pinch and do everything possible to kill the culture of the company. No stock benefits, bottom of the barrel health benefits, a 3% cap on merit increases and that's if you make the cut. Managers are forced to give "raises" from a small pool of money and play eeeny meeeny mineey moe as to who will receive a salary increase. If you have a high performer or give a promotion and that individual receives a bulk of the small pool of money. There's literally crumbs left to those other rightfully owed a good raise employees. If they get anything at all. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for! Their business practices are criminal to say the least. When ININ sold to this company, it was the worst decision ever and literally tore the heart and soul out of everyone who actually knew what a decent company was, and how it should be ran. Loyal employees with tenure of 10+ years were either forced out through layoffs, or just quit because of how terrible things had gotten. This company is so out of touch with how to properly run an organization. It's utterly amazing they're still in business.
