Thanks for writing and for the positive feedback. I am sorry to hear your commute is so bad - this is not an uncommon problem in an urban environment. However, many roles at Genesys are telecommute friendly, so I encourage you to talk to your manager about whether it might be possible for you to work remotely once in a while (or more) to take the edge off. Additionally, we do offer pre-tax commuter benefits in in some locations, so you might want to check with your HR Partner to see if you qualify. For what it's worth, I bought French CD's for my commute and have been trying to use my own commute time well! A bientot!...Tracy
