I've witnessed a slow decline of culture and talent over the years, which ultimately led to me leaving the company. At the highest level, there is a disregard for people's wellbeing. There are actions that 'tick the boxes', but they are empty and not followed through. The sales organization is chaotic - no alignment across other functions. The latest leaders have bullish tactics, meeting after meeting, leaving people burnt out and no progress is made. Sales targets come out incredibly late, year after year - constant bickering over the most insignificant aspects. This org is toxic and I warn anyone wanting to join it to ask about their C-level representation. The sales mentality is an old school 'boys club', even with a woman leading it. Marketing - completely diluted. The best people see what's happening: a sinking ship, and most have now exited. Pipeline is constantly declining due to many reasons not worth articulating here. The company pushes the phrase 'One Genesys' - it could not be further from the truth. They have made precarious acquisitions, threw it out to the company like it was a great move in the right direction, but underestimated what they did to the employees, their personal time, and how it deeply affected their lives. It's incredibly sad to see what was once a mighty machine dissolve into a broken horse. I do not mean to send an angry message, but only one that warns people away from their sales organization.

Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
