You will notice newer employees touting heart 🧡s for rhe company, because truth is it is 🌈 and 🦄 when you start. Listen to the tenured employees who have seen the shift of culture and attrition. Newbies you will age out too. Get what you can salarywise because raises are low, and they approach a median, regardless of tenure. Culture has tanked to the negative, newbies think they are smarter than everyone else and make that known. Upward growth is non-existent, no training plans or career paths and they hire from the outside for many positions that don”t even get posted for internal consideration. All talk but empty action. Bad manager/management skills , bias to people they bring in, and lack of transparency to things that affect you. They just happen. This can be confirmed in other reviews.
