Pay is at industry average, product is great and the work life balance is left in your hands. The sales and engineering teams are great, however many were let go and many sales reps will be leaving with changes.

Genesys is putting way to much emphasis on the partners and has huge Internal partner teams. If moving to the cloud, the partners don't play an active role like they used to, not even close. Other successful CaaS companies have junior people managing the partners.. there is no longer a need for various layers of management.. ML brought this mindset , she is now gone which can be a good start.

Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
