      Nice people. Free parking, close to Bart. Not the prettiest place to work but convenient.

      Many employees have been here a long time and many are not open to change. Company runs lean but not smart. Manager's need more management training. Huge disparity with compensation. Many managers with direct reports are remote or work from home 2-3 times a week.

Many of our departments do offer flexible work schedules; as a global technology company, our focus tends to be more on what we’re achieving rather than where people are sitting.       Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
