Vantaggi
Genuinely one of the best companies I’ve worked for. The culture is a standout and comes from the top. The company is privately owned and the founder is still involved, which you can really feel in how people are treated day to day. There’s a strong sense that employees are valued, not just in words but in how the business operates. The people are incredibly smart, collaborative, and supportive. Across teams, there’s a shared focus on getting things done well, and compared to other large organisations I’ve worked in, the level of structure and organisation is very good. Processes aren’t perfect, but they are clear enough to enable you to do your job effectively, which makes a big difference. I learned a huge amount during my time here and it had a very positive impact on my career. It’s a strong player in its space, with a clear proposition and talented teams behind it. Leadership is another highlight. Managers strike a good balance between driving performance and supporting their teams. My own experience with leadership was very positive, with a lot of encouragement, trust, and clear direction. The company also invests in culture in a meaningful way. The annual sales and marketing trips are genuinely exceptional and a great example of how the company recognises and rewards its people. Overall, it was a great place to work and one I look back on very positively.
Svantaggi
Salary increases outside of the standard annual review can be difficult to secure, even for strong performance. While annual increases are provided in line with company-wide adjustments, progression beyond this may require persistence. Career progression opportunities are available across the company, but they can vary depending on team structure, department, and region. In some cases, advancement may take longer than expected.
