You can genuinely help families with a ´free´ Financial Game plan and show them their current financial situation, which to many people is eye-opening. People have the opportunity to listen without any obligation and purchase any services / products that they want resulting from the plan. The good part is that you are helping families and can earn money from the process. Some people have earned a substantial amount of money and there is no ceiling on how much you can earn. You can also build a team and be part of the Genistar family who have weekly team meetings and training (all training is free). You pay 140 pounds to be a representative which includes your license to work for the company and background checks (and training). The commission structure is very generous and once you have a team in place could potentially earn a substantial amount of money. There is a scripted presentation that is easy to follow . You are your own boss, so can choose how many hours or what hours you want to work. There is a good support network in place and as this is based on team performance , like any other business, the support comes all the way down from the top of the company. There are many incentives, perks and events which make you feel part of the Genistar Company. If you do go to an event, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHECK BOOK with you or hand over any cash on the first day. Some people ´sign up´ to Genistar before understanding what is involved and even though 140 quid may not seem a lot of money for some, it still is 140 quid. If you go along to a presentation or team meeting, it is surprising to see how many dentists, pastors of churches, solicitors, financial experts etc are part of the Genistar family. Those who say this is a Pyramid Scheme... one thing about this is... You have no unwanted products in your home (no cleaning solutions, jewellery, perfume, cosmetics etc). You do not have to purchase a starter / sample kit. The products / services you offer are what everybody needs.

Genistar is not for everybody. Firstly, you are visiting people in their homes. This could be evenings / weekends and definitely not a 9 - 5 job. Potentially you could spend over 3 hours over 2 visits preparing a FREE Financial Game Plan and the families have no obligation to purchase anything which is why leads are qualified / rated before going out on a visit. A FGP (Financial Game Plan) is not essentially FREE as you request that the family give you at least 10 names of people who could benefit from the FGP. On balance, this seems fair if you are offering them at least 3 hours free of your time with no obligation, however, some people may feel uncomfortable to do this. So, you pay your 140 pounds and then are asked to provide a top 10 list of friends or people you know who come within a 5 star rating. This is uncomfortable for some people although for someone new to the business this could potentially launch the ´new recruit´ and his / her business. To become a team leader you need to get 3 recruits and there is ´pressure´ to achieve this very quickly. Some people feel uncomfortable with this as this is after their initial recruitment and they are still NEW to the business. Although there is team support and regular team meetings, these can be off putting for some people. These are intended to be motivational and uplifting focusing on how much you can earn with the best ways on how to do this. The income is not guaranteed and it is definitely NOT a get rich quick scheme. Do not leave a full time job with a guaranteed income until you become established in the business or any other business for that matter.
