Sweatshop type of company: Overworked, very little training, no help from management, harsh reprimands from rude managers, backstabbing by brown nosing longer term employees.

It’s deeply unfortunate that you couldn’t experience some of our best-in-class people practices during your tenure. AI is dismantling Genpact’s services-focused business model. The result is a toxic work environment with a dying culture: fear of layoffs, unclear goals, constant turnover, and remaining employees absorbing multiple roles as colleagues are fired or leave.
