Terrible Structure - Recensione dipendente - Analyst presso Genpact

The company has awful structure. Management attempts to do whatever they want, OPS doesn't care to listen to it's employee's. They will attempt to cover information that could potentially get them fired, such as retaliation against employee's. Would not recommend working here, they make it sound better than it really is
