In this section there are plenty of things to write: 1. It is the company which does not care about its employees at all. 2. A company which follows the "Hire and Fire" model. 3. The management is pathetic who convert a software developer to a BPO employee. 4. They hire a candidate as a software developer and when they do not get any projects they just give one month to remain in bench and after that give bench letter where you get 90 days to find a job and in case you don't find any job within 90 days they fire you 5. At the time of hiring, they may tell you that you will be hired as a developer but once you join the company you can be put in a silly kind of work like calling people to check if they have completed an elearning, and pushing them to complete it within a timeframe. It can also include calling people to check if they have a laptop or desktop. There will also be countless nonsense meetings and a taskforce to decide who will call whom and how many people in a day. 6. A company where you will be given a bench letter saying we can't find any projects for you and we will release you immediately if you get any other offer. Once you finally get an offer from another company, they will revoke your bench letter and tell you that you have to serve 90 days notice period as per company policies. 7. A lot of favouritism by the manager wherein if you don't butter him he will not even assign you a project. There are managers who just order the people under him to do this task and that task, and in turn takes own billing for that instead of giving the billing to the person who is actually working on that task. At one instance I saw, an AVP of the company taking billing for a project and his work was being done by a 3-4 years experienced employee. 8. If you get the bench letter, your manager will stop picking up your calls if you ask any help from him. But if he needs you for any nonsense task as I mentioned in my above points, he will call you as he needs you. If you still ask him of any help, he will mention he can't provide any but you should do the nonsense task assigned to you. That means even if you have got the bench letter they will still consider that you are available for the nonsense tasks. 10. A company where a manager asks employees to remain awake till 2 AM every day to complete project work, and the most important point here is that it is actually the manager's project work since he gets the billing and not you. In short, you are working till 2 AM although you are on bench. 11. Pathetic HR policies where you will not get your experience letter and Form-16 until you mail them 5-6 times reminding them for it.
