Great training, benefits, management and staff! I have worked here for six months, and I have already changed processes. It is possible to move between processes! On the sales team there is great flexibility and high earning potential. I made high commission after only two months. The management team treat employees with respect and make time for any questions. There is some flexibility to the hours, but not on days worked. It is a genuinely valuable process to learn. There are great opportunities to boost your resume and to learn.

Because of the demands of the client, sometimes poor candidates are hired to meet quotas. This has less of an affect on the Sales team, but can be a distraction and a little demoralizing. As a vendor we sign a confidentiality agreement that does not allow us to tell prospective employers what we do.
