Top heavy & lack of vision. Personal growth & opportunities gets limited from mid-mgmt. level, due to Company's stunted growth compared to peers. There is a lot of favoritism for promotions, benefiting folks that have been doing the same work with the same bosses for many years, versus, more qualified folks that help the company get into new domains and areas. Other than BPO, the Brand Value in the US is limited, so isn't very helpful when looking for other opportunities
