* Some managers speak very poor English and it’s impossible to understand what they mean when they talk. If we are in a multicultural environment don’t put a person that doesn’t speak English well as a manager. Team members are not translators. * Other manager refuse to talk English when they are “in a hurry or stressed” and ask the team members to translate. * Micromanagement. * Only that matters are results. Doesn’t matter the work load you have... result ha to be delivered because the Excel sheet they have has to be in green. * Some managers refuse to know how the process of cases are done. Many of the cases are very time consuming, because is the normal process, but they done care. * Stressful as hell... not because of the work itself but due to manager pushing attitude. * Manager that don’t listen and interrupt you every single time they ask you something and when you start to talk, they try to put words in your mouth and don’t let you finish.
