Highly dysfunctional US and Global HQ team. Zero communication between the two teams. Extremely amateur way of working. Neither team can agree on anything, affecting stores and store teams. All they do is finger point and gaslight and in the end nothing ever gets done or solved. It’s almost like no one in HQ has ever worked in a store before and have no idea how to run a retail business.
