      If you're in the right team you use a lot of modern technologies. It's not super-fast paced so you have time to learn.

      Some teams use outdated technologies and languages. Pay is mostly time based and not effort based. If you get promoted mid year, End of year bonus was essentially halved in my case.

      If you want to be the intersection of transportation and digital transformation, and have an actual solution which isn't vapor ware to support, this is a great company. Team has been working together for a long time, and they are super knowledgeable and eager to help you in role.

      Some of their back office processes could use some sharpening up - to be expected for a small company, and they are working on them actively.
