Sharing knowledge with other teams is bit limited but I joined during lockdown so that does not help much.

If you want to be the intersection of transportation and digital transformation, and have an actual solution which isn't vapor ware to support, this is a great company. Team has been working together for a long time, and they are super knowledgeable and eager to help you in role.

Some of their back office processes could use some sharpening up - to be expected for a small company, and they are working on them actively.
