Leadership in the software department lacks updated technical knowledge, which affects decision-making and team development. There appears to be a gap in essential management skills, resulting in unclear direction and weak team leadership. The work environment can feel tense and unwelcoming due to unprofessional behavior from certain members of leadership, creating a toxic atmosphere.

Very honest higher management and full of humanity which is very rare in a country like Bangladesh. Salary pays on time always

Salary increment is not up to the mark for every department.
