- Great team, everyone is helpful and wiling to help - No finger-pointing culture, everyone is working towards same goal

- Bad worklife balance. Due to time difference. - We work during national holidays (except Eid al-Fitr & Eid al-Adhaa) - Most of the time we rush through features to meet certain deadlines and then we never go live with that feature. so we end up with half-assed code that we are forced to work with without the chance to do much needed enhancments / refactors that would benefit us on the long run
