Company's style is ultra micromanagement in every aspect. The owner amd CEO has the project to create different business units in LATAM which is pretty much taking advantage of cheap labor in the country where he's stablish. The more he can get out of you bases on your current salary, the better. No advancement opportunities if you don't agree whit his racist sense of humos and lack of personnel engament.
