Incompetent clowns are placed into managerial roles having absolutely no qualifications or clue. The IT structure is an unmitigated disaster and it shows. Infighting and ego are center stage, competency is treated as threatening. Their entire plan is to replace existing IT staff to consolidate authority as a power play, yet they’re completely clueless and unqualified for their role. Every decision is based out of fear and control as opppsed to the slightest degree of innovation.
