A lot of responsibility early on, Many cool projects and a receptive management willing to OK R&D projects if value can be presented. Great for self starters.

Few opportunities for progression and little training, collaboration or supervision. When asked requirements for progression, management were unable to provide KPIs.

A great team full of friendly and helpful people. Very accommodating of individual needs. Work is interesting with good variety.

Could use more of a budget for teams - training, socials, etc.. No major complaints - a good place to work!
