The ownership lacks trust in its employees and does not allow them to perform their jobs with out a high level of micro management. The ownerships biggest concern is how much they are going to invoice a client on a monthly basis and holding staff to that number. They are not concerned about the life cycle of projects and how a project should be organized, managed and completed for a client to provide a high quality project.
