I worked at Geojit Technologies Pvt Ltd full-time ( More than 3 Year ) No dress code, flexible timing- depends on the manager , somewhat friendly teammates. Sparsh- a charity work they do (not related to the work, still a good deed). Other colleagues ready and willing to help us. Good for beginners , company may even put you directly to live projects😆 . So if you get to work with these projects you will survive any worst situation at any company . So fresher's go for it. On time salary. For a fresher, we can learn new emerging technologies from projects on which we are assigned as well as the guidance from team lead is really appreciable to take the project higher.

Company lacks vision and focus. Some projects uses primitive technologies and there is a huge resistance to change( Don't ask Managers about the version of these technologies, they might don't know). There's a thing ' Visibility' in all the software companies it depends on the smart work we do, here in Geojit technologies good visibility and no visibility is not an issue, a smart working Developer and a non-performing Tester will gets same amount of incentive(Yearly hike) if that employee is very close to management ( another story: Geojit Technologies hires relatives and cousin's of senior employee's/ Manager, they call it as employee referral, soon they will put these people in a comfort zone,Projects with small works, their luck). If you are planning to resign they will make you through a stressful situation, Geojit Technologies has HR 's and Geojit has an HR department, all our paperwork and salary releasing after resigning is like hell through. They don't do it properly. We have to keep on calling for 2-3 months to get it done. What ever the situation is their reaction will be same. They do have a 3 month notice period for all the employees .After successfull completion of this notice period doesn't matter to them . They don't give you last month salary , you have to beg for it. Geojit HR department is the weird ,ghostly and unprofessional one. HR executive and chief HR and Geojit technologies HR ineffective and unbefitting. So once you get into this company you will be trapped. Head of technologies only know about products and are lousy. They follow lean brain management.
