- Got chance work on domains like CAD/CAM/PLM - Got chance to learn the processes followed by CMMI-5 - Got chance to learn with some senior members those who are masters in above field

Svantaggi

- Never get chance to grow and try to do some new things with new technology - Management changes policies every time also frequent changes in management team affects the work culture - Never take care about employees they want peoples who says yes for wrong things - There are some seniors sticks to their position just because of they are with Geometric from long time and if someone came across them they can never tolerate for that guy - They never going to participate in new opportunities just working on CAD/CAM/PLM domain - Never ask about your interest - Always wasting time in doing silly things

Relaxing, mostly stress-free environment. Everyone that you talk to is friendly. They have very flexible work hours in general. I can take time off randomly and it will be fine, although it will be unpaid time off if you don't use vacations. As long as your work your 8 hours, you are fine.

Svantaggi

Company doesn't match 401k. They don't pay all of time off due to customer factory shutdowns (They pay many of the days for the holiday shutdown; but are petty with the remaining few days). The summer shutdown is unpaid if you don't have any projects to work with. They do not inspire personal development with the lack of training. Generally no overtime. If a customer requires us to stay for a few hours, we take time off instead to compensate. There can be favoritism involved on performance reviews. Without bosses being in the customer locations along with the employees, sometimes there is a disconnect on what the employees are actually doing; The performance reviews can look biased one way or the other.
