George is an understanding, compassionate person to have as a boss. He has high expectations of his staff, but if you're dependable and are consistent in working hard, you'll do well here. Genuinely, I think any negative review I've seen on here really amounts to a lack of communication. If you communicate your needs in a timely manner, they will be addressed. If you're not dependable, late to shifts, don't request days off ahead of time and just spring them on management, then there are issues. The staff are all great folks. Lots of variance of people, lots of folks from different walks of life. You get to see and work directly with some pretty cool content. Also, it's safe here. Staff are required to be vaccinated, masks are optional as there's little to no traffic of non-staff members. If you have safety concern regarding COVID, this is an excellent job. Lots of hours left to work on your own, not interfacing directly with clients or customers like other jobs.

Not the greatest/most central location in the world, a little tucked away. Also the building is still new to the company, so they haven't fully unboxed/settled in from the move. But, it's actively being worked on.
