Nice people, got me in the door somewhere

Company might be falling behind in terms of tech

Family oriented. If you need time to take care of family matters, you can take that time. Holiday pay with time off, for my department, not sure about other departments.

They do not have good management. They have very poor training practices! They mostly hire people they know. They only have 1 person of color who works at their main location. 84 employees. They have prayer meetings on Tuesdays which could be very exclusionary. Their are definate levels of hiarchy but it is based on relationships, not level of responsibility. They have a couple of cliques and, as a new hire, if you fit in, they will work with you to make sure that you have time to adjust. If you dont know someone or have no familial relationships, you will have an uphill battle being accepted. The management will not communicate job related information and will accuse you of doing things wrong, continuously forcing you to prove and stand up yourself. It becomes very stressful and you realize that they are actually not a nice company to work for. If one person doesn't like you, multiple staff will openly and privately disassociate and the whispers start. It just becomes a nightmare for some. I have a college degree, a ton of responsibility and a Subway employee makes more than me! Employees don't even have a set job description. Customers who call often get passed around to various departments and end up getting ignored. Very poor communication within the company and outwardly.
