6yWow, that’s a pretty bleak appraisal, thanks for sharing your feelings and I’m sorry that we weren’t a great fit for you. I’d be keen to hear when you left though as this isn’t an organisation I recognise; our UK board has an almost 50 percent split of male and female representation.
