Great company to work with. Benefits are really good and the atmosphere is excellent in terms of sharing information if you like OJT (on the job training). Many opportunities to learn from more seasoned employees. Workload is very light, some weeks it will be hectic but most of time you can get the work done easily. Many groups and companies so if you want to swap jobs it's easy because you are in the same company

Very hard for technical leaders to get paid evenly with management leaders. Unfortunately, if you are in it for management you will have a lot of opportunities, but if you are in it to be technical guru then you can be there 50 years (be a technical guru) and get paid less than a supervisor/manager who has been there for 6-15. Too many people with big jobs and no real knowledge (job hoppers) yet they are "essential"
