The company has great culture in most units, however a few plants developed an unproductive stubborn subculture.

Svantaggi

The company doesn't seem to invest in important initiatives to improve workplace environment upgrade (doesn't see as directly connected to bottom line results). Which creates disparity from plant to plant and even among same plant departments.

Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
