      The pay scale could be a lot better. Management, or lack there of, is poor at best. No stability with an up and down market. Progression is a joke.

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
