      Core Values are Solid, Safety is a High Priority, Employees have a good package deal which drives employees to stay, administers Surveys to attempt to gauge employees satisfaction. Management is fantastic.

      Long hours for higher positions. Not much mapping for moving employees on their career path.

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
