That is a very confuse company... Each boss has its own sets of rules to be followed by the employees. What can be beneficial to some colleagues from other areas can be completely different for another employees. There is not a general set of rules, each boss acts according to his/her wishes, what is very disappointing. Company tends to not attend the brazilian work law because the profitis is the ultimate objective. People does not matter. Only the profits matters.
