Great pay even just starting out. Safty meeting very helpful and knowledge.

Svantaggi

Swingshifts at times couldn't sleep well even on days off. Heat stressful in the summer. Poor ventilation. Too many chiefs not enough Indians.

Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.
