      Pay is good compared to other employers in the area. The Knoxville location does its best to communicate any information they think people might need.

      Decisions from corporate make it extremely hard to keep the workforce happy and make it hard on front line leaders. Too many software systems to use to track actions (6 different systems just for safety).

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
