Every weekend off and some Fridays, good pay, relaxed atmosphere

Long hours 12 hours 4-5 days a week Monday - Friday,. HOT(130F in some areas during summer) , Dirty, old facility common areas needs up dated. Understaffed, some days are physically very hard.

Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
