Sales reps need to be reminded to communicate all details clearly + efficiently + at the beginning of projects Timelines can be tight Company is working on fixing process + company communication things- so process and work flow has changed a few times- improving, but was confusing at the beginning In office only- no hybrid/wfh- sucks, but makes sense because of reviewing product daily + project hand off mtgs + collaborating with team members
