Vantaggi
People are awesome at Bridge. You can actually feel safe and cared for. Most of the colleagues I've worked with are hard-working people, with lots of ambitions and expertise. If I could ever choose a team to work with, I'd definitely choose any of my colleagues from Bridge. The managers listen to your concerns and do everything they can to help you out. I've never felt so cared for during my carrier. In the meantime, they keep a great focus on the product and the company's interests too. Bridge has a uniquely great and valuable culture that was built by the employees and the employees only. Bridge really lives up to it's motto in every aspect: People matter most!
Svantaggi
Bridge belongs to LTG as a subsidiary. LTG doesn't care at all about Bridge (or it really seems so). Bridge's great culture that was built and maintained by the employees is getting destroyed by LTG slowly, but surely. I've never seen a parent company or a group that handles subsidiary management so purely in every aspect. They leave you without answers to the most important questions, they don't communicate clearly about anything and they don't care about keeping their hard-working employees at all. It really is a shame what the parent company has done with Bridge, and it's painful watching everyone at Bridge trying to do everything they can to save the company when LTG doesn't even react to the concerns at all.
