the recruiter did some mention some things that I thought it was true during the interview but it was just a lie!, if your looking for work not career then definitely this is your place, expect overtime , plenty of noises (open space) because some people will not care if your working or not , they even put their speaker volume in medium pitch as if thats a normal thing. cowboy coders they dont care about quality as long as you deliver the code. Management are less engage with their employees.
