Strong exposure to the bigger picture. Sales isn’t siloed, so you understand product, operations, and strategy more than you might in a larger company 3. Leadership is quite accessible. You’re close to decision-making and can raise ideas or concerns directly. 4. When the team is aligned, it feels collaborative and low-ego. Wins feel meaningful because you know how much work goes into them. I have left due to relocation rather than dissatisfaction. It’s not always easy, but the experience stays with you. I learned a lot during my time here especially about accountability and operating in a high-expectation environment

The company has grown very quickly which creates lots of opportunities to learn, stretch and take on meaningful responsibility early. If you’re motivated by ownership and impact, there’s plenty of room to grow here. The leadership team is approachable and receptive to feedback. Following a recent restructure, there’s been a noticeable step change in transparency and communication, which has helped rebuild clarity and trust. Regular weekly updates and clearer leadership messaging have made it easier to understand priorities and direction, particularly after a period of uncertainty. The culture remains collaborative, with supportive teammates who are willing to step in and help when things are moving fast.
